He was born on march 23. 1972 in Kotor, MNE, Nikola attended High school and design in Podgorica. At age of 16, he enrolled at the Academy of fine arts in Cetinje. He obtained the degree at the department of painting, class of professor Ratko Lalic. Received several prestigious awards and prizes for drawings. He is a member of the Montenegrin Association of Visual Artists - ULUCG since 1993 and member of Austria association of professional painters BV since 2016. He is also member of the association of Montenegrin Court experts / attorneys. The University of Montenegro proclaimed him to be the best student in the field of art in 1994. In 2006, he obtained the master degree (MFA) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cetinje.

In the period from 1990 to 2021, he realized 29 solo exhibitions at home and abroad.  On the end of 2017, He defended his doctoral dissertation, at the Faculty of Architecture University of Belgrade, entitled ”Innovations of contemporary architecture from artistic practice and kinetics to Kinetic Archisculpture”.

He participated in all major group exhibition projects in the country and several foreign teams, of which the most important are: International Round Table with motto ''See in the darkness'' for Cetinje Art Biennial ’94. International art project in 2013, The Italian Futurism and pop art movement, organized jointly by the Art Association ‘MICRO’ from Rome, Diomedeo Art International from Podgorica and the National Museum of Montenegro from Cetinje. Representative exhibition Days of Podgorica Culture in Athens, Exhibition of Montenegrin Culture (organized by Montenegrin Olympic Committee), during Olympic Games in Athens 2004. Yugoslav Cultural Centre, Paris 2005 (Exhibition of paintings rewarded by  the Association of Visual Artists of Montenegro). II International Art Festival Maiden Tower (cooperation with ‘’MIM’’ Museum of modern Art), Baku, June-July 2011 Azerbaijan. Art commissioner Jacques Raynaud, (selection of five Montenegrin artists) International exhibition Exposition 14-18 Homage d’ Artists, MONTAUBAN, FRANCE (ONAC) 2014, etc. On 2017in Gallery POOL 7, Wien / He was part of the international Art project ESSENTIA curated by Kurt Neuhold. With a special retrospective exhibition He participates in the program of opening for the jubilee ‘’Barski Ljetopis’’ 2017, Gallery ‘’V.Leković’’, city Bar, MNE. He taught fashion design at the School of Visual Arts in Podgorica since 2008 to 2009. From 2013 he teaches Interior design at the Polytechnic School on UDG and he also teaches drawings at the School for fashion design and multimedia/UDG. From December of 2017, as a college Professor he teaches Theory and philosophy of Architecture at the Polytechnic School on University UDG, Montenegro.
